When you do the same workouts or motions your body naturally starts to Plato, it is important to keep your body guessing when you're in a fitness regiment. With this program, we are looking to activate your muscle memory. Boost up your cardio levels and get you doing something a little different. Understand that this program is a basic program and is intended to be adjusted accordingly to the clients specifications (this can be done "real time.") The self assessment is completely optional and self motivated. We've provided a space that you can track your progress.
